We are overlooking Kimberly Road just east of the shopping complex at Kimberly and Pine in West Davenport.  We do showings by appointment and are available for daytime, evening, and weekend showings based on your schedule.  

All of our rentals do include all of the utilities except the electricity, so we do pay for your heat, water, sewer, and trash!
